Eligible patients under Health e Connex (healthcare panel / TPA) may access IPD services at LuQman International Hospital subject to panel eligibility and approval. Health e Connex facilitates medical insurance claims between insurers and claimants. Confirm membership and authorisation with our insurance desk before admission.

• IPD coverage only, as listed on the hospital panel sheet.
• Valid for patients enrolled through the Health e Connex panel with required employment/company affiliation.
• Coverage is subject to eligibility, policy or plan limits, and panel terms.
• Obtain approval or pre-authorisation for IPD admission where required.

How to use this panel at LIH

3. 3Secure TPA / insurer approval for IPD when required.
